Do you read all of Lehman's reports on energy? I read most of them. They have been pretty accurate for the most part IMO. But they are spooked by not getting gas demand correct for several weeks. Maybe Raymond James beat them to the punch calling for a short gas price drop if supply >demand and storage infill capacity.

The distillate consumption has been pretty high this quarter and I dont know how much is for heating demand and how much is demand from people waiting for NG prices to drop.

I have seen no one say that supply is increasing in a signficant way.

My cynical side tells me they are opening a door for some cheap stocks.
