The reason for the confusion is that I didn't say that, e-Bill did. I don't recall having heard the expression before either and wasn't sure what was meant. At first I assumed he meant right, not left, then figured he meant religious as "religious." (With apologies to "E")

I think when people use the term Chicom, they (and I) are referring to the dictatorship that is the government, not the people.
