He was just on PMSNBC. He explained what happened in english.. The EC-3 was on patrol doing what it has been doing for 50 years.. Mapping our potential adversaries radar coverages. Someone told the Peoples Air force to go up and harass them.. They sent up a couple of hotdogs and one of them screwed the pooch and crashed into the EC-3. It's like a Corvette smashing into the back of a Bus and then blaming the bus for getting into the way..
