While I do not disagree with what you are saying I have yet to see timelines that would prove this to be a loser deal,"now" would be bad for all concerned and even the great great BSr could not salvage the stock,,,,,,,,,,,,,but if Waveland the corpse eater is willing to wait and sees big time value in the trade tool we all win....... I doubt at this time that anybody is looking to pump, sell cheap or give up on b2b,so I have to say that the deal worked out between WL and PNL is at best months off in action..........and as of today they are still working on the development of the trade tool not building,so I will wait and keep both eyes open!

Ice,

I don't claim to know much about financing at all, so perhaps this question is not appropriate. But if this is a deal where basically the company is selling stock, why go through all the trouble of having Waveland as a front for it - why not just register the 20 million shares with the SEC and then sell the shares on the market or through private placements directly from the company? What benefit does this equity line of credit give to PNLK over a method such as that? I am still trying to figure out if this is a good deal or a bad deal for PNLK, and for investors.

Ice,

Who are you to criticize this deal? You are the same guy who told me to buy LINC at $1.27. It's now LINN @ .09. Thank God I didn't listen to you. You told me there was NO funny financing or B.S. yet management unloaded faster than the market could take it. You are a JOKE and have absolutely NO credibility with me. I haven't seen PNL do that. My position here will rest for better days. In the mean time, quit trying to look like some kind of brain here because you AIN'T!
