I'm confused. So Bernie knew the plan wasn't working but still tricked everyone into buying the stock. Including himself. Or he thought it was working and told you it wasn't working and then he went out and bought some more stock. Sorry, it doesn't make much sense on this end.

defendall,i have met and spoken with BS also , you claim "people dont who the real man is", he hyped it ,big time,"there isnt enough capacity to satisfy the demand" go check the lor annual reports,full of hype, 'never seen a business with the potential returns", i am told by insiders who worked with him that he had em thinking they[loral] would be bigger than at&t. Lets face he used every bit of credibility that it took him 25 years to earn and he spent it on g and lor. IR once told me they would not comment on BS "public relations" purchase of g."we learned from Irid,we will not make the same mistakes",go look at old g info ,original mou price expected to be 70 cents,phones 700 $,sir it wasnt even close. BS is not guilty of all charges cliamed by posters but he is guilty of many of them,he has a responsibility to the loral sharholders and he failed so far.How do you explain his contract for 5 more years in the face of this mess? Whats he telling you today? I spoke with him the day they announce the prfd swap. He said ,i am going to get the lor sh value up blah blah blah,,i can sell ssl with 1 call",now ala is taking ssl and lor to court, for now BS has very little credibility .
