You seems just do not get it. It is beyond the point that whose fault it was in the air. My personal opinion: it was an accident, period.

The point is, the US spy plane came to China's gateway uninvited, and stole a lot of China's top-secret military information, which will be used against China's national interest in a bad way. I know I know, the US has done this in the last 50 years, if not longer. Just like they, and other imperialist countries had done a lot of bad thing in China between mid-19th century and mid-20 Century. But somewhere along the line, the rule has to change! And the arrogance of the US military is appalling!
