>>The ISB, based in Seattle, Washington, USA, was co-founded by Dr. Ruedi Aebersold, Dr. Leroy Hood and Dr. Alan Aderem in January 2000 as a public research institute devoted to systems biology, an emerging field made possible by rapid advancements in genomic, proteomic and computer technologies.<<

I met Dr. Aebersold at a VC (I was invited because I have good manners and am cute) assembly 3 weeks ago. He was one of the few Phd's and was alone, so I introduced myself and struck up a conversation with him. You can tell when you are with someone extraordinarily brilliant; and all my smarter-than-the-dickens-alarms were screaming.

They can tell the same about you. After I asked him if he was doing the science at ISB, Ruedi excused himself to pet the host's dog.

True story, except the part about being cute.
