You MUST be sure to post these things each and every day of your retirement! OK, OK. So I indulged myself a bit to celebrate my first day. I assure you that I have no plans to further bore the thread. The neat thing about Chinese eggplant is that it doesn't nee to be salted because it's not bitter. I love the stuff, particularly because I'm salt sensitive. When I contemplate moving away from my civilized little part of the world, I recognize that you probably can't buy Chinese eggplant most places. CH lives on an island that doesn't even have TV, for heaven's sake. They surely don't have Chinese eggplant. Is it available in your part of the world? Karen
