Mike, I have held mdt for many years,....just keep adding here and there...core holding of mine....really have no idea what a "reasonable pe" is for mdt....but based on the chart you gave us , don't you think it is a fine company AND will make you money over TIME !!!.....buy NOW on the "dip" and hold until you need to purchase one of their products for yourself....that's what I am doing....;o( p.s. someone posted a while back that mdt usually trades at twice the pe of the S$P....maybe this will give you some guidance.
