China has a goal of beoming as great a country as the USA. But everyday they spend without a rule of law sets them 2 days further behind! But I think the effiminate Jiang Zemin is hastening their demise.

In the inevitable event of their fall, would a Marshal plan be helpful? What could Clinton have done to help Russia? His plan surely failed them.
