And yes, The Clinton Bear Market is still with us.

But remember, the markets took off to the upside in November 1994 when Clinton and the Dems lost Congress.

No one blames Bush (but morons) for the Clinton Bear Market that began in March 2000.

The Bush tax rate cuts and interest rate cuts will pull the markets out of the Clinton funk.

(remember, Clinton is reviled)
