Scum: You can't be such a moron to not realize that the markets took off after Clinton lost Congress. And March 2000 was the start of the Clinton Bear Market - probably related to the Gore threat which killed the markets and the economy while he and the Dems were trying to steal the election. Bush has been in office about two months, it will take time to reverse this Clinton slide.
