Of course. The economic expansion began under Reagan and continued for but 9 months over the past 18+ years. Clinton gets no credit for what he inherited nor does Bush get the blame for what Clinton left.

The current leg of the Reagan Boom began in March 1991, about two years before Clinton first disgraced office.

The markets turned sharply up in November 1994 after Clinton lost Congress.
