Weakness - Something to do with announcement of weakness on future sales with Verizon/Vodaphone. Probably misplaced but it just adds to sentiment that people have enough cell phones and the market in general is saturated.

Take a look around. Nasdaq has tanked, the Dow is tanking, earnings warnings from tech companies take place on a daily basis, we are seeing diplomatic stumbling on the part of the new Prez, Greenspan didn't cut to .75 at last FOMC meeting, jobs are being cut so that unemployment will probably rise and growth fall, some Fed members say a recession is likely, the negotiations for a tax cut have barely begun, the Euros are having their telecom bubble burst just as efficiently as our .com bubble was punctured, etc., etc., ad nauseum.

What can the Q do under the circumstances? Go higher? However, I do think the Q will have a 2 or 3 cent over estimates earnings announcement on the 25th. I would be surprised if the Q goes down much more than it has.
