Complete nonsense. The market did better under Clinton than any other President in history. This graph shows all of Clinton's term, plus loser W's.

That's why economists called it the Clinton bear market. Perhaps you need to look again.

Only the economists who voted for Bush...the rest of the world calls it the shrub bear market.
