Granted that the current situation in China has cast doubts U.S./China trade, but has there been any news about the CDMA contracts that are currently out to bid. Word last week was that 10 of the 12 bidders would be awarded contracts "mid-April", and that 8 of the 12 bidders were Chinese companies.

The Qualcomm value chain has greatly expanded, and if there is a delay, it will now hurt Chinese companies probably more than Qualcomm, as the Chinese companies have now spent over a year of time and expense developing their CDMA technology to get to this point, and are now close to finally seeing revenue.
