I lost a very substantial sum of money on this company. The really sad thing about this whole mess was that the technology development was of a decent standard. I had the chance to visit Melbourne and meet the people doing the research. Unfortunately the front office was a different story, at the end of the day it was a real mess. Tremendous amount of infighting and wasted useless effort. I hear that unsecured creditors may get some of their money back (the sale of the water division may happen soon and another group wants to take over the company and re-list). The China assets were sold or leased and the Metts interest was liquidated to produce some cash. Assume a consolidation of shares and new issue to buy technology and raise funds. I could say a lot more but it would be pointless (must say that I never saw anything illegal). It is really a damned shame because a lot of the technologies were good quality backed by a very lackluster sales/management team.
