Hey, E! this time the gold reference wasn't about you at all.....I was just joshing with Wolf about "non-tech" stocks, and gold seems the opposite to me.... I understand nothing at all about gold, and am amazed that you did so well with it while everyone else was getting absolutely creamed in the rest of the market.
(But USUALLY my other references are to you, gal) <<GG>

E!:

While I can't speak for Duane, I suspect that the tongue-in-cheek comments by both of us on the subject of gold is merely gallows humour--i.e. we're envious of your perfect timing to get out of techs and into defensive mode with both oils and gold. My top Canadian advisor remains pretty positive on gold at this point and also sees the economy recovering shortly so he, too, believes that the two can co-exist simultaneously.

Best of luck to us all.

E! Actually, I should probably try to learn a little more about the gold markets....but I think it takes a certain empathy..or feeling for the psychology of the market --- which seems to be somewhat lacking in my makeup...
And I'm probably getting tooo old to learn, I suspect <gg>....
