YES! We are going to hear the real RE horror stories through the end of the year. REMEMBER: There is NO WAY that joe sixpack, who purchased their house 3 years ago should dumb luck his way into a 50% gain. I'm betting he is going go lose 25% before the carnage is over.

Nice find, JP. That guy (Eavis) who authored the article has been putting out some pretty good, thoughtful stuff. FWIW, I think CNC is all smoke and mirrors (all the more so because an ex-GE guy with a taste for over the top compensation packages (Wendt) is running it). J5P just moved from a tract home to a mobile home...and he lost next months mortgage in the market. I'd short when/if they undercut the lows of their recent base (a close of 12 1/2 or lower would suffice for me). Regards Patron
