mule.....the pattern in this market has been.....when stocks make new lows.....they bounce em a few days.....

BUT!!!!!

the stock will always gravitate back to that new low to test it.....and most have been breaking to new lows...

so as an example.....

YHOO hit 11.37 yesterday...new low.....look at a 2-day chart..look at that gap.....now it gets upgraded......roll!!!!!!

but the people buying that upgrade today are fools......they missed 4pts of gain already in that gap.....

YHOO will fall again to that 11.37 mark and either hold it..or break to a new low!!!!!!

CSCO....new low yesterday...13.18.....it will go back there again......

so mule...when you think this bogus rally is over.....short CSCO back to 13......and YHOO back to 11......

or just look at any stock and find there low from yesterday......and short it back to that low......

you just gotta make sure to start the short when you think this run dies.......

and of course now you have to worry about a surprise rate cut.....because the big boys want you to be scared so you don't go and start shorting these back to there lows like they will be doing......hugeroll!!!!!!!!!!!!!

one more thing mule......

folks don't realize these morning gap ups are BAD!!!!!

big boys are loaded from the day before.....and they just sell into new buying......and the buyers the next day just get crumbs for gains......if they get any gains at all..

so if you are not in a long before the gap up.......you will be fighting for crumbs with all the other new buyers.....

BUT!!!

those gap ups are good for shorts......because they have to go back and fill those gaps sooner or later.....and in this bear market so far......its been sooner.....roll!!!!!
