I had broken through the Mar 27 downtrend line this morning -- that's the breakout. It then came back and was threatening to fall back under it -- that's a breakout (technical) failure and is very tradable.

It did not fail and is heading up again as you can see.

Poet, wouldn't you expect QCOM to jump should the China thing get resolved? even if temporary? also, isn't earnings expected soon?
