What's your view on SBUX Valueman.. Buy, Hold, Sell, Short?

I don't follow SBUX at all. I did enjoy the episode of The Simpsons when Bart was walking through the mall and every other store was a Starbucks, and when he passed by again, EVERY store was a Starbucks! Seems to be happening where I live too.

<<I wonder if you could BREW Hot Water Siphoned through MSM Asics?? You could sell the cups brewed using the "Radio One enabled 6000 series at a premium".>>

Starbucks - 04052001 There was a lot of coffee drinking going on in March as Starbucks Corp. (SBUX: news, msgs, alerts) can attest to with comparable-store sales that rose a strong 5 percent over the same period last year.

For the five weeks that ended April 1, revenue grew 23 percent to $252 million from $205 million last year. In March, Starbucks opened its 4,000th store worldwide and its 500th location in the Asia-Pacific region, Chairman Howard Schultz said.

He also reiterated earnings projections of 91 cents to 93 cents a share, or 46 percent once a 2-for-1 stock split is completed April 27.

Shares closed even at $40.94 on the Nasdaq and slid 1.1 percent to $40.50 on Island.

(Maybe they should give free G* minutes with each cuppa'.)
