Never happen. Would cost way more then going the other way arround. I think Qcom is expencive in realitive terms to other big caps. At one point CSCO had a cap 4X the size of Q now its much lower.

if you look at that chart, it seems the stock came unhinged from the Naz pretty much when the spy plane news came out a couple days ago. but i was uncertain whether there were other things.
