I haven't read that manual yet either, been far too busy.

It is good to study your patterns; you may just be a "morning person", in a manner of speaking.

You have to keep up with it, though. I found mine shifted this year; my best days are Mondays and Fridays, absolute worst is a Tuesday combined with a certain cycle day.....too much to get into specifically. Fortunately, that cycle hits on a Tuesday only thirteen times a year.

Notice how the SP sold off just as Bush started to speak? I drew mu stop up tight in anticipation. Should have put the trade back on, probably, after he finished.

Not accepting losses is easy to say but difficult to do. Possibly the best cure is to know your Stop before you enter the trade. I know one guy who actually enters the Stop before he enters the trade.
