Joan, i hear, anecdotally, that commercial property has begun to slump, and precipitously so, in several states, while construction of NEW (and unwanted) commercial property is still going on full blast in the very same states.
commercial property downturns invariably precede those in residential property...the RE bubble's about to have a meeting with the fates.
