Perhaps, but it's pretty obvious the Jet pilot is no "Top Gun". re: I've been somewhat surprised by the seeming passivity of our side and the aggressivnes of the Chinese. I suspect the pilot is being held separately, so if an apology comes they can attempt to prosecute him for his "Imperialist actions and reckless disregard for the lives of the Chinese people". The Chinese would never spy on America, they simply walk through unlocked facilities at Los Alamos and pay for their information directly from top Clinton aides. ;-) eric.
