Kaka "Magic Number"
Hey guy. Check out my response to Victoria.
With my "Magic Number" at 25.125 after the first CC write and I'm not called, all I need to do to stay ahead is get more than .125 for the 25s and I'm still cash positive. OR any other combo that nets me more than the 25.125. OR just stay out until the stock bounces and write the CCs then.
Every time I write I reduce my "Magic Number".
When I've written the CCs 6-10 times and reduced my "Magic Number" to 0.00, ANY CC premium is free money. What's the % return if I have nothing in the deal at all and I still bring in cash. (Cash In)/(cash in the deal)
% return of infinity is pretty good any way you cut it!
Oh yeah - what about what the LEAPS are still worth after you reach the zero point. More free money!
