Crossy, I have no doubt that NEWP Bal Sheet is pristine, I commented on that before. I think, however that we are still in a period where irrational deexuberation will rule, and thus fear that even a stellar company like NEWP will be sold to the level of "uncommon" value. Thus I take my profits when offered. I just took profit from another "value company", SNDK at $21-1/16, for better than $3, thus next time, if I buy it under $18 ( which I believe in the next few mionths, I might), I'll have a nice cushion. Apart of that, I really did not want to go to bed tonight with only 10% cash, had to find something to sell (g). I also sold VECO at $38 flat for just $3 profit here and BRKS for 40.25 close to $3 profits. SCMR just went as well here at $9.5 a 25% gain, I'll try and get back tomorrow, mayb even at a premium. Zeev
