A request for information from a long time lurker who is still profitably with the thread. I just got a call from an agent with NDB telling me that I had a one time opportunity to exchange my old SCSWF, now SOSA, shares for the 'american' shares of this company. This exchange would be 1:1, without fees, up until 5 pm tomorrow but attract fees after that date. He then reeled off additional fees that NDB would charge ( which seemed essentially to be equivalent to rebuying the shares ) if I went through with this transaction. I am not sure what is going on here & particularly the pros & cons of either action. Any comments by anyone? In passing, many thanks to all for an enlightening thread. Archyb
