In my opinion, Pisani doesn't know squat. He's a CNBC commentator and I would take anything they say with a grain of salt. They have been wrong more times than not.

They're just tools of whomever, whether it be longs or shorts. The LU rumor was an extension of the WCII rumor which turned out as confirmation of a big cutback in WCII network plans.
