I'm surprised that I haven't read anywhere that the collision between the planes wasn't done by the Chinese on purpose. I think this is a distinct possibility. I doubt they planned it to turn out just this way, with their pilot dying and our servicemen landing on their soil. What I think they had planned was to make the US plane crash in the sea. This would create an international incident and bring attention that the US was spying.

Anyone else think this is possible?
