Wow, that is a bold idea, but also in itself an international incident, practically an invasion of sovereign territory. They might have to swallow it, but in the long term it would probably come back to haunt us, and it would put a strain on relationships with other countries worried about being pushed around by the US and Western Europe.......

It would be pretty embarassing having Bush standing outside the jail begging to get the keys away from some little guy in a green uniform.
