The US surveillance plane was out there playing a game of chicken with Chinese fighters. When you play those cold war games, fault has no relevance. If your playing chicken you both have some fault from any accident. I don't know for sure if the US plane was "playing chicken". It would seem to me that it would want to stay further away from the Chinese fighter (but of course it would not be possible to avoid since the fighter is much faster and more maneuverable). Tim
