I am not sure if ADR's are counted in the Wil 5000 (or is that 7000 now), but typically, that index is supposed to fairly represent the total market cap. If it includes foreign companies traded here, i wonder if they count the companies total cap's or just the total of ADR traded. That definitely could move the balance point (around 1.00 to GDP) higher.
