Russia was struggling with their economy and China was getting ready to join the WTO. Now what was wrong with this picture? Is bushman getting into all this foreign affairs stuff to set us up for spending on the military, star wars, and etc. And is he helping his friends in the defense industry like he helped his friend in the energy industry already.
