What would the US do if the Chinese were flying spy planes off the coast of Lake Travis?

I had to do a little research to find out where Lake Travis is. Lake travis is over 100 miles inland acording to the web links I could find. Its hardly international waters.

Interesting question. Of course, as you know, such a path would put it over US territory, but would we even notice if the the plane otherwise conformed to flight rules? We just don't monitor our airspace with the same sort of concerns as China does.
