You are right Jack, I do have so much respect for many Hispanic families. But in that too is a keen awareness of shark side of operations where knowledge of the lack of education and visa status distorts value as to true worth. The idea of life is to lift others not just use. The problem is as a company you can accidently hire a few illegal aliens give them a decent hourly wage and whoops you find you have made an error someone is not documented and head aches have you. On the other side under the table benefits are not always par to market value. Ignorance is bliss on one end and abuse on the other. The results are people morals and a very silent clause in the legal world.
