Watergate Salad 1 tin of pineapple (keep juice) 2 cups of marshmallows(the minis) 1 pistachio pudding mix I package of Cool Whip ------------- 1. Dump pineapple and juice in bowl 2. Sprinke pudding powder on it and mix well 3. Add 2 cups of marshmellow 4. After making Cool Whip according to pkg instructions, mix it in with the above. %. Chill and then enjoy Bit of trivia It is called this as it came out when the Watergate thingee was happening or so the urban myth goes!
