What a joke. Another pie in the sky short squeeze that will never happen.

I question anyone that perpetuates this garbage.

Betone, did you write that or did you copy it from somewhere? I'm just looking for the source.

As to the content, it's total trash. AZNT tried to mess with the DTC and had their ass handed to them. However, it should be interesting to see how it plays with (gullible) shareholders.

The Transfer Agent of Medinah Minerals Inc. filed an ?Adverse Claim? lawsuit against the DTC

To, I'm sure, no one's surprise, this was a complete fraud. There was no lawsuit filed and the very next "proclamation" from the "Shareholder Census/Registration Committee" (same folks who issued the PR you posted) claimed that DTC gave in Medinah's TA rather than go through a legal fight.

Of course, this is the same group that has claimed an arrest warrant has been issued against Charles Schwab (the person, not the company) for his alleged mishandling of Medinah Minerals stock....

Re: 5/1/01 - [AZNT/ANTD] Amazon Natural Treasures.com claims recent pink sheet transactions were "fraudulent"

PRESS RELEASE
DATE LINE: LAS VEGAS, NEVADA MAY 1, 2001

To all Broker dealers trading in Amazon Natural Treasures.Com, Inc.’s stock, Cusip No. 02313U 101:

This is to advise you that as recently as April 30, 2001, various brokers have been reporting "sales" of shares in Amazon Natural Treasures.Com, Inc., (ANTDC), on the "pink sheets" under the symbol "ANTD".

As of this time, however, all the shares of Amazon Natural Treasures.Com that have ever been issued are either (1), on deposit with NIPHIX, or (2), in the possession of the company and being transferred to the beneficial owners based on the official records which we retain and control, or (3), are part of a 6,942,687 share block of restricted stock (inclusive of a five per cent dividend which was mailed to the company's beneficial shareholders at their registered addresses on or after February 6, 2001). None of the shares subject to the dividend have ever been subsequently transferred from the name of the beneficial owners.

Accordingly, there can be absolutely no shares available for purchase or sale by broker dealers, market makers, or anyone else, except through NIPHIX (website: www.niphix.com <http://www.niphix.com> / telephone number: 800-780-6060). Simply stated, all of the shares currently being bought and sold, (from a low of $0.52 to a high of $12.00 dollars, yesterday), do not exist and such transactions are clearly fraudulent. Further, we have to question how the share price can vary from $0.52 to $12.00 during a single day!

Meanwhile, the persistence of these reports has become a major source of confusion in the market, and the company has been receiving numerous phone calls from brokers and others trying to make sense of the situation.

It seems inconceivable the NASD and NASDAQ would knowingly allow such activity to continue, and we have therefore requested that the NASD and NASDAQ act immediately to take both the "ANTD" symbol and the name Amazon Natural Treasures.Com off the "pink sheets".

All inquiries to this Press Release should be directed only in writing to our Offices. Written Inquiries may be faxed to 702-942-0101 or emailed to Amazon@Amazon-Treasures.com <mailto:Amazon@Amazon-Treasures.com>.
