OPEC noncompliance... (a few extra barrels can't hurt, can it?).

Survey puts OPEC March oil output up 731,000 bpd at 28.135 million bpd London, April 5 (BridgeNews) - Oil output from the OPEC countries in March was 28.135 million barrels per day, up 731,000 from February's 27.404 million, according to a BridgeNews survey of analysts and industry sources Thursday. Output from the OPEC 10, excluding Iraq, was 25.435 million bpd, up slightly from February. The OPEC 10 March output adds up to a 84.3% compliance with OPEC's 1.5-million-bpd output cut agreed on Feb 1, down from the 86.3% compliance with the output cut in February.
