Yup. In fact I expect we'd have to see the defensives pull back. It's not enough for dogs to win, but cats have to lose.

every rally is a bull market rally and should be shorted when momentum exhaustion or significant technical resistance is found.

I'm assuming this was a typo and you meant to say bear market rally. Or was it a Freudian slip? -g-
