Give me a target price in a normal market In a normal market (assuming there is such a thing), TERN never reaches triple digits. In a "normal" market, TERN is lucky to make it into double digits. In any event, the overall market we have now is closer to normal than it was any time in the past few years, and even now it is way overpriced.
