Ian, No, the Biz Week thing is fresh out of the oven. BIOM has been hinting for weeks the deal was done, only the lawyers' drafting work was left. There were skeptics since BIOM had promised a partner before. I don't know about $30 in the short-run, given the psychotic breakdown in the market, but for the longer term it seems within reach.

Ian: It seems the stock may open around 7 today (that would be $1 above yesterday's close and a good % move)<g>. It is true that we had discussed the probability of the "partner" announcement in early April as you had indicated based on the company's previous announcements, but when the same news are commented on Fortune,B.W., Barrons, WSJ or Forbes it has a different "effect".<g> Message 15516151 It is also true that they are behind on the news, since as you pointed out the "erollment" is above 1000 not the 903 they quoted. I remember about 3 years ago on the Friday after Thanksgiving that an article on Fortune was enough to boost the price from $3 to $17 in 60 minutes, albeit those were different times.<g> Bernard
