There are quite a few.....I've been watching CPST (microturbines), their growth is excellent though no profit yet, a good trading stock too. Companies like HPOW, PLUG, or DCH could benefit from a bill just introduced in Congress that would provide a $1,000 per kilowatt tax credit for purchasers of stationary fuel cell systems that supply home electricity.
Then there are companies that make alternative fuels, such as HDWR, which is actually making money at it, and some that aren't yet, like RTK and SYNM. I like RTK because their technology can produce clean fuels from a variety of different feedstocks, not just natgas, but they need to announce a contract with someone other than TX, with whom they've been working on GTL for years.
