Isn't ADM the same company whose senior executives went to jail for price fixing and then lying about it? Not too many years ago, either...if I recall correctly.... I'm not convinced one way or the other about GM foods....but I do think that the dangers are sufficiently real that leaving the determination of its safety in the hands of the industry which stands to profit from it would be a big mistake. That's no different than the owner of an Italian restaurant going on TV to say that fettucine alfredo is good for you.
