Does IBM have to be above 100 to buy the 95 puts?
What is the most you would pay for an option? Some say not over $4????? Do you agree?

Hell you could buy strike 95 puts if it fell to 65 tomorrrow. Would essentially be the same as shorting the stock. Almost no time premium that deep in the money.
For that matter you could buy strike 130's right now as well.

Not pay more than $4. Sheeesh. On tech? No that sounds 100% silly to me. If you are talking non-tech out of the money puts then MAYBE. Hell I pay more than $4 all the time.
