Fascinating how they phrased it: "After nearly nine months of uncertainty, it comes as a kind of relief to discover that the unsubstantiated rumors of criminal investigations that we have been battling for so long have finally been resolved. We know now of a criminal investigation which we understand was only recently initiated by the U.S. Attorney's office for the Southern District of Florida." What a turn of phrase! It's a "relief" not to have to fight rumors now that the rumors have proven true! But Sam, I thought your technical analysis said that this FBI thing was all going to go away? You even got your magic 43 5/8 level. What went wrong?
