Dave, the answer is i can't determine that today. it depends on what happens next week...unfortunately this week's gyrations haven't made it any easier. i've noticed in the past that the market will often dilly dally around major turns, i.e. produce several up/down days in succession.

there's unfortunately a possibility that both April 12 and April 23 will turn into highs, instead of lows. that is why one should never overcommit based on cycle counts alone...always leave some dry powder in case one's interpretation isn't correct.
