10:46 ET Dow Industrials : -- Technical -- Disappointing action but holding thus far at the upper end of a congestion area between 9715/9700 (secondary floor 9685/9680). While the extensive slide today has overextended intraday readings, the pattern of the decline is a concern regarding the ability to sustain any short term bounce. Intraday resistances are at 9800 and 9825.
