If you read my post I wrote "they really had no choice" after I went through their options. There is just no way to raise money right now so they did what they had to do. This is not a negative or a positive statement, it is just what is.......... I will say again I do not like the way things have been done in this company in the past and I will remain critical of these things. The equity line is what it is, simply a way to raise money which they need.
